XP 243E provides Fuji placement machine XP243E with the unique “ON-THE-VISION” system effect, unlike the original multi-nozzle model, which does not need to be sucked at the same time as a prerequisite. During the period from the start of picking up components to the placement of the placement work head, Shenzhen XP243E does not need to change the direction above the camera, or stop above the camera in order to take in the image.
At the same time, for the placement machine XP243E, the image processing camera is installed on the side of the slide rail. The placement work head must pass above the mirror during the movement from picking up components to the placement point. The camera can obtain a still image within a certain period of time. Therefore, the placement head can move from the pick-up position to the placement position in a short distance, and there will be no movement loss due to the image capture of the placement point.
