TW EAE launched its next-generation MPM Momentum II presses in the HiE and Elite models last November. Momentum II BTB Momentum II 100 will now be released. Momentum II BTB presses can be configured back-to-back, enabling dual-lane printing for higher throughput without increasing line length or capital investment. The Momentum II 100 is a practical, value-for-money press with a modest footprint, utilizing the powerful Momentum platform proven in top factories around the world. Momentum II features a series of new enhancements that further improve quality, yield, productivity, ease of use and flexibility. Both new models feature new hoods, larger windows and wider interior access. Featuring a quick-release scraper holder, the blade holder can be changed quickly and easily within 30 seconds without any tools. In addition to the standard solder paste cartridge dispenser, there is a new patent pending can dispenser. The operating software has been upgraded to Window 10 and features new production tools and QuickStart™ programming, making it even more powerful and easy to use.
