DEK HORIZON 03ix screen printing machine is based on one of the most successful screen printing machine platforms in the industry. It provides a large number of options to choose from, suitable for printing substrates with a size of 50mm*50mm-508mm*508mm and a thickness of 0.2mm0-6.0mm , the printing speed is up to 300mm/s, and the printing accuracy is up to 25um (CPK 2.0 or higher), which can realize the effective release of precision narrow-pitch devices and ensure good printing quality. Many configurable options provide complex technical applications. a successful solution.
The electric vertical structure is used to print fast, the printing movement adopts high-precision linear guide rails, the printing pressure is consistent at each place, the plane structure is flat and never deformed, the size of the screen plate can be moved freely and the fine-tuning of the plate distance is convenient, the microcomputer controls the electrical panel, and the operation is convenient and clear .
